SBC W2W Women's Conference:
Bloom Where You Are
Saturday May 3, 2025
We are like a garden and our heavenly father is the gardener. He prunes and weeds and waters and feeds us so that we can bloom. In order to produce what we are designed to produce, we must surrender to the gardener. What does that mean? How do we do that? Join us as we dig into scripture, outline some practical action steps, and spend some time reflecting on and responding to God's truth.

Biblical Community: growing and thriving together: Sarah Holland
Community is a great resource we have in this Christian life. We’re going to dig into what the Bible says about community, the value of the Body of Christ, and what can stand in the way. “Rather speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.” Ephesians 4:16
Nurturing our Physical Well-Being with Natalie Turbett
Natalie Turbett –Nurturing our Physical Well-Being:
Learn to grow and thrive in our physical health and wellness. Nobody's exercise, nutrition, or movement is going to look the same, and it can be hard to discern what the "right" choice is. In this session, we will dive into what scripture says about caring for our bodies physically, how caring for our bodies portrays the gospel message, and how to navigate temptations and fears around exercise/food. This session will give us practical steps and actions to grow our discipline, while meeting our physical body exactly where it is at.
Faithful Sowing and Multigenerational Influence: Rachel Kristiansen, Kyla Reinhart and Vici Boyer
In this session, we will explore the profound connections within multi-generational mentoring and the unique bond between mothers and daughters. Anchored in a biblical worldview, we'll delve into the importance of clear, intentional communication and the need to acknowledge and understand the challenges that may come. By embracing vulnerability, we create space for genuine relationships rooted in Christ-like love for each other.
Serving with Heart and Creativity: Petra Reinhart & Tammy Styer
Today, we are often sold the lie that self-love and self-care are what we need to focus
on. We are led to believe that me and my little world are the most important.
Sometimes, the busyness of life and family take up our love, hours and energy, leaving
us with little time for much else. We all need to be reminded of the joy that is found in
serving others and sharing Jesus’ love to those around us. Please join us as we look at
what God’s Word tells us about the importance of serving others, making it a priority and
finding creative, and sometimes simple ways to serve while living our busy lives.
Peace in the Chaos: Karly Blyer
Sometimes in our lives, chaos ensues. How do you live in God’s “perfect peace,” when everything around you feels, and sometimes appears, chaotic? We will walk through some practical and biblical ways to see God and find His peace in the messes of life.
